For today’s workout each team will get one sled and theoretically one barbell. At the call of 3,2,1 GO, athletes 1 and 2 will take to the sled and begin a 150M sled push alternating at will. Athletes 3 and 4 will be alternating rounds of 10 bar hops and 2 clusters, before each switch athletes 3 and 4 will complete 3 synchro burpees. Once the sled team returns , the two pairs of athletes switch. Your score is the combined number of sled pushes completed and number of cluster reps completed as a team.

RX weight for the sled will be coaches discretion based on your team.
