CrossFit Conshohocken – CrossFit

One of our strength focuses over the past 2 cycles has been the clean. Today we get to put that hard to the test with a heavy single. If you haven’t been making it in for clean technique days, or you’ve missed some of the front squat work we’ve done, not to worry….establish a baseline today.

This clean can be done anyway you’d like (squat or power) do what will allow for the heaviest load AND the best form. (no starfish cleans)

Our metcon will put our pulling gymnastics to the test under fatigue! Lets get it!
