We Don’t Compete With Bootcamp Gyms… Seriously.
People ask me this all the time.
“How do you compete with Orangetheory? Or F45? Or Fit Body? They’ve got nicer buildings, more classes, and huge marketing budgets.”
Short answer?
We don’t.
They’re selling one thing.
We’re selling something completely different.
Group Exercise Is Everywhere
Let’s be honest. There are a million places you can go sweat.
Orangetheory.
F45.
Fit Body.
The YMCA.
The Peloton in your basement that’s currently holding a week’s worth of laundry.
None of those are “bad.” In fact, if one of those gets you moving consistently, that’s awesome.
But if your goal is to get coached and gain strength—not just exercised—we’re playing a different game.
We Coach People. We Don’t Just Run Classes.
Here’s the difference.
Let’s say you walk into class after sleeping four hours because your kid decided bedtime was optional.
Your shoulder’s been barking for two weeks.
Work is kicking your ass. You’re trying to lose 20 pounds.
That stuff matters.
If you’re just another name on a roster, today’s workout is today’s workout. Good luck.
Around here? That’s where coaching actually starts.
Maybe today’s workout gets modified. Maybe your nutrition needs attention.
Maybe we tell you to stop worrying about crushing the leaderboard and just stack a few good weeks together.
Because believe it or not… the workout isn’t always the answer.
Fitness Isn’t Hard. Consistency Is.
Nobody needs another workout.
Seriously.
You could Google “best workout ever” right now and have enough programming to keep you busy until retirement.
The internet is overflowing with workouts. (and opinions)
What people don’t have is someone who notices when they disappear for two weeks.
Someone who shoots them a text. Someone who calls them out—in a good way.
Someone who reminds them why they started when motivation packs its bags and leaves.
That’s coaching.
And that’s where results actually come from.
We Don’t Want You Here Every Day.
That probably sounds like a terrible business strategy.
But hear me out.
We don’t sell workouts.
We sell coaching.
The workouts are just one of the tools we use to get you where you actually want to go.
If that sounds like what you’ve been missing, come in for a free intro. We’ll sit down, talk about your goals, and figure out the best path forward—whether that’s group classes, personal training, small-group training, or some combination of the three.
