Laura is a certified pre- and postnatal coach through the Girls Gone Strong program. She offers private and semi-private training designed to help women stay strong, confident, and connected to their bodies throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. During pregnancy, Laura’s programming focuses on maintaining strength, supporting cardiovascular health, managing common discomforts, preparing the body for labor, and building a strong foundation for postpartum recovery. She also takes the time to educate her clients about safe and effective movement during pregnancy, explaining not only what they are doing, but why certain movements and muscle groups are emphasized during this stage of life. Laura’s goal is to empower women to trust their bodies, feel capable in their changing bodies, and approach pregnancy with confidence.
After delivery and medical clearance to exercise, Laura works with postpartum women to support a well-rounded return to strength and movement. Every program is individualized based on the client’s needs, goals, and stage of recovery. For some women, this may include rebuilding core and pelvic floor function; for others, it may focus on addressing diastasis recti, restoring strength and stability, or gradually rebuilding cardiovascular fitness. Laura takes a holistic approach to postpartum training and creates an environment where women can openly discuss the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany this transition. When additional support is needed, Laura works with a network of qualified healthcare and mental health professionals and can help connect clients with appropriate resources. For many women, postpartum training serves as a steppingstone back to the activities and fitness they enjoyed before pregnancy—or an opportunity to discover an entirely new relationship with movement.
Laura has also completed continuing education in perimenopause and menopause coaching through Girls Gone Strong. Her training programs emphasize strength training and appropriately dosed cardiovascular and high-intensity interval training to help women maintain muscle mass, support bone health, manage body composition, and maintain overall physical capacity as hormone levels change.
Programming is tailored to each woman and may also help support common concerns associated with perimenopause and menopause, including changes in sleep, energy, mood, and cognitive function. Above all, Laura wants women to feel strong, capable, autonomous, and confident in their bodies—not just during pregnancy or menopause, but throughout every stage of life.

“Laura is simply the best! She was everything that I was looking for in a personal trainer - she is extremely knowledgeable, meets you where you are, and makes you feel seen, all while pushing you to be better. Her background in pre/post-natal is also a huge bonus and has made me feel so confident in maintaining my and my baby's health throughout pregnancy. Laura is organized, diligent, fun, and genuinely cares about her clients' success. I cannot recommend her enough!”
“Working with Laura postpartum was exactly what I needed after having my first baby. I was nervous about getting back into exercise and rebuilding my strength, but Laura made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident every step of the way. Throughout our time together, she helped me feel physically strong again, but just as importantly, she helped me feel like myself again mentally. I’m so grateful for her guidance and for helping me get back on track during such a big transition in my life.”
