Today you will do the metcon FIRST, then the strength portion SECOND. We are going to spend 8 minutes doing the AMRAP, then immediately pair/triple up and take 15 minutes to find a 1RM front squat. If there are large classes, coaches may run slightly over that time at their discretion. For the metcon, do full cleans.
