We’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Coach Sam, as she will be ending her time here at CFC at the end of July. Sam has been a tremendous Coach here for the past 3 years. We will miss her early morning energy and professionalism. When Sam and I first met, I remember asking her why she wanted to join the Coaching team here at CFC, she said “I want to help as many people as possible.” I can say with 100% certainty that she has helped ALL of us! Whether it was bright and early on a Monday morning, or late on a Friday afternoon, I’m sure we’re all little better at this fitness thing because Coach Sam was here. I’m sure Sam will keep training hard, and spending time with “Other Sam” and Carson, and I hope that she pops in from time to time if she’s in the area. Coach Sam will always have a place here at CFC, its been a great ride, best of luck, Sam. Thank you
