CFC is the best, no other way to put it! I truly look forward to the enthusiastic coaching, awesome workouts, and motivational camaraderie everyday. The true sense of community means members are crushing their own fitness goals while cheering on and pushing each other to be better.

This is by far the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. I am relatively new to CrossFit but have bounced around a few gyms. The coach’s here are extremely nice, knowledgeable, supportive, and are always offering way to improve on anything we do. Secondly, the community here is unmatched. We all cheer each other on and encourage each other to be better versions of ourselves daily. If you want to get into CrossFit or are looking to change gyms, you need to come here!

SO happy with my decision to join CrossFit Conshy! the coaches are all super knowledgeable and they really listen to you when it comes to your goals, questions, concerns, anything. all of the members are wicked friendly too and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and involved!
