Waves for strength today guys, here is how it works, Your first set will be 3 reps at 60% of your 1RM jerk. Your next set goes up in weight but down in reps and your third set is the same. After the 3 sets, you’ll back down to 60% and repeat the process building in weight and dropping in reps.

Strength
On the :90 – Push Jerk

Set 1 and 4 60% x 3
Set 2 and 5 70% x 2
Set 3 and 6 75% x 1

AMRAP in 12 minutes
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 Double Unders
15 Push Press (95/65)
5 Ring Muscle Ups
