April – Bring a Friend Month

“Tell All Your Friends” isn’t just the name of arguably the greatest pop-punk / emo album of the 2000s, its also the mantra for the month of April at CFC.

This month (April) we’re bringing back “Bring a Friend Month”.  We love adding new members to our gym community and your friends and family members are the kind of people who we’d love to see here!  It’s very likely that if you’re a member here, you may be one of the more health conscious or fit-minded people within your inner circle. Let’s face it, you ARE that person.  So, next time you’re at Guppies with the squad, and a friend asks you why you’re so strong and oddly in shape for someone who still partakes in the “night life”, you can let them know about this opportunity.

Starting Tuesday April 1st, you can bring a friend with you to any class that you come to.  We’ll be offering a beginner friendly version of the daily workout so that no matter what your friend’s fitness or experience level, they’ll be good to go.  Don’t worry, we won’t be dumbing down the daily WOD just to grab new folks, we’ll still be training and staying on point with our cycle, they’ll just get a scaled version.

How to do it

  • Just email us at [email protected] with your friend’s email address and we’ll send out a waiver for them. Then just bring them to class with you.
  • Alternatively, just bring them to the gym when you come in, just get here early and we can take care of them then!

Cool, what do I get?

We can spend money marketing for new members, or we can pass that cash on to our current members – we prefer the latter.   When you bring a friend who signs up for any membership, you’ll be able to choose between

  • One FREE “Fundamentals” personal training session (great if your friend is brand new to fitness)
  • 50% off YOUR monthly membership when your friend reaches their 6-month anniversary.

We love meeting new people; we love it even more when they come from within.  Think about someone in your life that could benefit from this place and bring them on out.  Please talk to any coach if you have questions!

Thank you
