In the spirit of this weekends Super Bowl we’ll be doing a fun team workout today. Thanks to our friends at CrossFit Royalty for this idea.

At 3,2,1 GO , Athletes may complete any of the tasks listed in any order they choose. You may also choose to go back and repeat tasks as time allows. Write every score on the whiteboard upon completion and each time you’re at the board, you have an opportunity to try an “extra point” complete 3 synchro burpees and its GOOD!!!  Patriots suck….
