Lets take some time to practice our handstand push-ups progressions today. First dial in your requisite skills – Kick ups to the wall, negatives and wall walks. Once proficient in your mechanics and positioning, work with a coach to determine which handstand protocol is best for you.

Spend 15 Minutes today working on weaknesses on either the Handstand Push-up
If Proficient Complete One of the Following Based on Ability
A. Every Other Minute for 8 Minutes Complete ME in :40
B. Accumulate 20-40 Strict Handstand Push-ups
C. 5 x 5-10 Deficit Handstand Push-ups
We are looking for the toes to bar to be completed in 2 sets maximum on each round. The number or variation can be adjusted to accomplish this. If unable to run, complete 500M Rows instead.
