12 Days Of Christmas

It's the most wonderful — and most brutal — time of the year. The 12 Days of Christmas WOD is back at CrossFit Conshohocken.

If you've never done it: the format mirrors the classic carol. You do 1 rep of movement 1, then 2 reps of movement 2 and 1 rep of movement 1, then 3 of movement 3 plus 2 of movement 2 plus 1 of movement 1 — and so on through 12 movements. By the time you're done, you've accumulated 364 total reps.

It's festive. It's hard. It's a CrossFit Conshohocken tradition.

This Year's Movements

Check the whiteboard when you arrive — our coaches reveal the movements day-of to keep it fresh. Expect a mix of barbell, bodyweight, and conditioning work scaled to bring out the best and worst in everyone at once.

When and How to Join

All regular class times will run the 12 Days format this week. Bring a partner if you want — team variations are always an option. Scaling is available for every movement.

The Real Point

The holiday WOD is about showing up with the people you train with, laughing when it gets ridiculous, and finishing something genuinely hard together. That's what this community is made of.
