Book Your Free Intro
Tell us about your goals and what's brought you to CrossFit. We'll learn about your fitness background, any injuries to work around, and what success looks like for you. Takes 30 minutes. Zero pressure.

Meet Your Coach + Try A Workout
You'll meet one of our career coaches at the gym. We'll walk you through the space, demo a few foundational movements, and run you through a scaled workout so you can feel what a class is like — at your level.

Pick Your Plan + Start Training
If we're a fit, we'll talk through which program suits you best — Adult Group, Personal Training, or a mix. Pick a schedule that fits your life, lock in your membership, and start showing up.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What Actually Happens At Your Free Intro
Most people who book a free intro have never been to a CrossFit gym before. Here's exactly what to expect — so you can show up relaxed and ready.
It's not a sales pitch.
We're here to listen, learn about your goals, and figure out if we can actually help. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
You don't need to be in shape.
Most people who walk in have been off for years, never lifted a barbell, or are coming back from injury. We meet you where you are.
Wear gym clothes; we provide the rest.
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water. We've got everything else.
Bring questions.
What's the WOD? Will I get hurt? Can I do this with [insert injury]? Ask everything. That's what the intro is for.
Plan for 45–60 minutes.
Quick chat, gym walkthrough, scaled workout, and we'll talk about next steps. No long sales conversations.

Not at all. CrossFit Conshohocken is built for fitness at all levels. Every workout is scalable, our career coaches will teach you proper mechanics from day one, and many of our members started with zero CrossFit experience.
