This toes to bar progression is designed to strengthen the midline and lats as well as improve our positioning and shapes on the bar.

Alternating EMOM Format for 12 minutes
Level 1 (beginner) trying to grasp the movement
- 6 Hollow / Arch swings (kip swings)
- 15 Banded PVC Lat Press downs

Level 2 (intermediate) good days and bad days
- 4 Kipping Levers
- Kipping Toes to Bar or T2B attempts x 5
- Rest
Level 3 (advanced) 5-10 unbroken Kipping TTB
- 6 Strict Toes to Bar
- 20 KB Horn Taps
- Rest
Level 4 (competitive) 20 or more unbroken
- 4 Strict Pull-ups + 4 Kipping Toes to Bar + 2 Strict TTB
- 15 Banded Reverse Crunches
