Find a 3 rep bench press that you can do five sets at the same weight. The first set should feel pretty good since we know shoulder and pec fatigue can occur quickly.

Coach P has been traveling to LA a bit and dropped into CrossFit 310 a few times. This workout should be heavy and relatively fast. You don’t have to string the cleans, but your form should be pretty darn clean (pun intended) especially for the 10’s and 8’s. It might get a little wonky towards the end, but make sure those first two big sets have fast elbows and good looking power cleans – no super wide feet and muted hips!!
