Pushing Through

We took our 1RM back squat last week, so this week we are going in the opposite direction and focusing more on hypertrophy and mental toughness. If you don’t get all 10 reps on the first set, drop the weight. The last 4 reps should be a grind. For the metcon, the first round will feel easy, but treat each round as your last and get as many reps as possible.
