For the strength portion, we are looking to establish footwork so that we do not move our feet from the power position (landing) to the OHS. Ideally your power snatch and your OHS have the same foot placement. In the metcon, you will work with a partner to get as many reps as possible at each of those stations in 60 seconds. You will then rotate to the next station and continue in that fashion for 4 total rounds. Size of class may dictate if some groups start on different stations. For burpee pull ups, pick a pull up bar where you can jump up and get your chin over the bar (either by doing a full pull up if the bar is high or by jumping high enough to get your chin over the bar as a result of the jump)
