Work up to three working sets of 5 rep deadlifts (go for a max if you wish). Then you’ll do four Tabatas: do a full 8 rounds of pull ups (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) then rest 1 full minute before beginning front squats. Continue in this fashion for all four movements. You will count total reps for all movements.
