Quickly establish a 1RM snatch (about 14 minutes) and then load 110% of that weight on the bar and do 3 sets of 3 snatch-grip deadlifts as acessory work. You’ll have 20 minutes total for both the 1RM and deadlifts.
Then, conditioning should be a quick 4 rounds of 200m run and 25 wall balls – who’s going to do all the wallballs unbroken?? Teams of 2 must complete the 200M run together, but may work individually on the wall-balls.
